About the Program

The Nedley Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program is an eight week, health educational program that meets every Monday night for two hours:
(1 hour presentation, followed by 1 hour group discussion).
Not only does this program help people dealing with depression and anxiety, but it also serves as a tool for those wishing to achieve peak mental performance and a healthier lifestyle.
What can I expect?
